M5 From Bristol/Taunton

Continue on the M5 past the Exeter/Services turn off (Junction 30) and continue along the M5 past Junction 31. After approximately 1/2 a mile take the next junction marked Kennford and continue along the road past the Gissons Pub on the left and the Shell Garage on the right. Continue up the slip road and turn right onto the bridge, continue over the bridge and bear right down the slip road. Take the first turning on the left marked Splatford. Continue down the hill passed the International Caravan Park and stables on the right hand side and turn into Splatford Barton approximately 50 yards past the stables.

A38 from Plymouth

At the top of Halden Hill as you go past Exeter Racecourse on the right and with the BP Garage on the left hand side, ignore the first turning marked Dunchideock and take the second turning marked Kennford. Continue down the old A38 until you join the A380 at the bottom of Halden Hill. After approximately 1/4 mile take the slip road left marked Kennford. Continue up onto the bridge. At the top of the slip road continue down the opposite slip road and take the first turning left marked Splatford. Continue down the hill passed the International Caravan Park and stables on the right hand side and turn into Splatford Barton approximately 50 yards past the stables.

A30 from Cornwall

Go past the Exeter turn off and continue towards the M5 staying in the right hand lane following signs to Plymouth. You will join the M5/A38 travelling towards Plymouth/Torquay and after approximately 1/2 mile take the Junction marked Kennford and continue along the road past the Gissons Pub on the left and the Shell Garage on the right. Continue up the slip road and turn right onto the bridge, continue over the bridge and bear right down the slip road. Take the first turning on the left marked Splatford. Continue down the hill passed the International Caravan Park and stables on the right hand side and turn into Splatford Barton approximately 50 yards past the stables.
